Wael Mohamed: Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances and Business Development
Wael Mohamed is the Senior Vice President Global Strategic Alliances & Business Development at Trend Micro, Inc. where he is responsible for strategic alliances and business development at the corporate level. Wael joined Trend Micro in 2009 as a result of the acquisition of Third Brigade, a company he co-founded and for which he served as President and CEO. Prior to Third Brigade, Wael was VP of Global Sales and Distribution for ZixCorp. He also held senior management positions with Entrust, a leading Internet Security company, including VP of Global Service Solutions and VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Entrust.net.
Wael received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University, holds the Information System Professional of Canada designation, and has completed the Queen’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program.
